The General Manager
Henry Pan,the General Manager, one of the earliest plastic mold professionals in China, once worked as the Director of mold design center in Gree Electric Appliances, Inc. of Zhuhai . which is the largest air conditioner manufacturer in the world. And now, Henry is the General manager in East Pioneer Mould. Henry has rich technology & practice experience in the plastic part design, mold design, mold making and project management of auto parts & home appliances. He is also professional in the optimization of products structure, the optimization of mold structure designing and manufacturing, and optimization of company management work flow; he can make a feasibility analysis for projects correctly and provide customers with High Cost-Effective program.
The vice General Manager
William Peng, the vice General Manager, has worked for over 24 years in EPM. He began his career from the grass-roots processing, and then to be a designer. After that, he also experienced from the manufacturing management, the control of the project process to the management of the whole sales. William , just as the excellent representative of technology and management of East Pioneer Mould, experts in the management of designing, manufacturing and project procedure and win the very good reputation of many customers from different countries.
Our team
Our management team, the average age of which is less than 35 years old, is an active and continuous improvement team. They follow the scientific production and service standard.. The mature East Pioneer Mould management team always keep a long happy cooperation with the international famous customers with their Integrity & reliance and their guarantee for the quality and delivery.
Project Management
In EPM, with the professional ERP+MES SYSTEM, all project management are divided into standard management nodes, each management node has a standard operating guidelines, good management of the quantitative indicators and inspection methods etc, strictly project management process brought stabilization process of each project, high-quality mold making guarantee.

Engineering Strength(Precision multi-cavity)
Not only in the field of automobile and home appliance molds for more than 20 years,EPM has accumulated rich practical experience in the overall one-stop process of design, manufacture and injection molding of precision multi-cavity molds:
1. Standard mould design and manufacturing of multi-cavity molds.
2. Balanced design and application of multi-cavity hot runners.
3. Conformal cooling design and manufacturing(3D printing+Diffusion welding).
4. Optimal use of precision high-speed injection molding machines.

5. Rich practical application experience in the fields of medical consumables, electronic cigarettes and packaging.

Checking before shipping. 8. Internal auditing to assure our system remains in compliance.

The Quality Management representatives at EPM provide expertise developed through years of education and experience. Division managers have developed their own quality team specifically trained and experienced in their division's manufacturing field. These teams include quality engineers, quality technicians and inspectors.
