Dongguan East Pioneer Mould Co., Ltd. strives for better quality, higher efficiency and cost effectiveness in both the mold and injection molding industry by utilising technologies through innovation, working towards a brighter future together with our staff and customers. Since established in 2001, with more than 24 years of steady development, EPM has become a professional manufacturing company with automotive molds, home appliance molds, multi-cavity precision molds, and precision injection molding as our core business. With continuously improved fine management capabilities and ingenious manufacturing, EPM serves Panasonic, Mahle, Philips, Xiaomi and many other Fortune 500 companies! Our business has expanded across more than 50 countries in Europe, Asia, North and South America. The export proportion of molds is as high as 95%. .Currently there are 200 staff in EPM, among which, 60 are technical engineers. The factory takes up 10000 square meters. The output is 60 mid-size molds per month. The biggest mold we can make is nearly 25T. The maximum number of cavities in the molds it delivers is 72 and the biggest mold size is 1500*2500 mm. EPM is located in Dongguan, China, renowned as the World's Manufacturing Capital.

Built an automated electrode processing cell and actively explored the application of AI technology, constantly enhancing human - machine efficiency.

2021

Purchased precision high-speed injection machines, SUMITOMO and FANUC, built GMP medical workshop for precision molding

2019

Purchased dedicated high-precision CNC, EDM, grinding machines, expanded the design and manufacture of precision multi-cavity injection molds

2016

Moved to Dongguan( the world’s manufacturing capital), expanded to be 10,000 m2, invested the first 5-Axis high speed CNC

2011

Introduced mold ERP+MES+APS digital management system to start a new stage of intelligent manufacturing

2003

Started entering the European market to develop injection molds for Auto and home appliances

Established in Shenzhen, for local home appliance customers
